I Made Tegeh Okta Wahyu Maheri or DekGeh. Born in Banyuning, Singaraja dated October 23, 1976 from the couple Nengah Wijana and Ni Nyoman Kartini. Learn to dance with the basic techniques of Balinese dance from my father since the age of 5 years, then began to actively learn from elementary school dance performance by Kebyar Duduk Dance  material from Mr Nyoman Susrama and Baris Tunggal Dance of Mr. I Ketut Artika, BA when junior. Join the dance studios in Singaraja since high school, by attending various dance competitions  both district and provincial levels. In 1997 continued his education at the Department of Dance courses S-1 at STSI Denpasar (now ISI Denpasar) and completed in January 2002.
